But Still I Drown In Lies…
Sometimes I Dance In The Sunlight With Lurid Vibrations.
Im Being Taunted By My Own Shadow,
Maybe Darkness Could Be Considered Delight.
How Come When You Turn On The Light,
It Is Easy To See A Million Possibilities...
How Do You Climb The Ladder,
When Depression Is Like Quicksand To Your Feet?
Even With My Abilities,
I May See Yellow, But Deep Inside
I Still Feel Blue.

The glass of Absinthe sat before me. It’s quite amazing how despite such terror rendered upon their stones in the preceding decades, these streets still held the beauty I first read about as a girl. I never dreamed I’d set foot on these cobbles, at least not safely.
