Crikey, straight for the jugular!
It's not often that I'm dumbstruck by a work, but this one definitely got me. I feel like I just experienced a massively violent roller coaster ride condensed into fifteen seconds. It disturbed me. Then it made me laugh. Then it made me feel disturbed that I laughed. Then I just stared at it in shock. As I write this, I'm thinking about the re-read and I'm a little scared. But also hugely excited! Absolutely top tier writing Dharrsheena.

OMG! Absurdly enough, this is one of my nightmares as a mother... every time my little guy hangs around the washing machine (and he does it often) I can't avoid but imagine seeing him trapped inside!

A brilliant story! Nailed it once again! Is it really bad that I chuckled at this? It's just that it made me think about the woman who put her cat in the microwave. On a serious side, though, some people are scarily incompetent, but I'd hope they'd find their one brain cell that would stop them before they put a baby in the washing machine.
